Terms and Conditions

We guarantee every tree or shrub* you purchase from us will live six months from the day you buy it. The plant must be planted properly in the ground - not kept in the original container or planted in a decorative planter. (See our Tree & Shrub Planting Guide for more information.)

For the one-time-only replacement to occur, the following is required:

• You must provide the original purchase receipt.
• The plant must be completely dead - not dormant or partially dead.
• The plant must be returned to PFGC to receive a replacement.

The following disqualify your plant from replacement: 

• Deer, pest, or pet damage.
• Damage caused by disease transmitted by air.
• The plant was purchased at a discount or on clearance.

Plant replacement only. Under no circumstances will the plant purchase price be refunded. If a replacement plant of equal value is unavailable, a plant store credit may be issued and must be used within six months from the date of credit. 

* The following are excluded from this guarantee: Fruiting Trees & Shrubs, Perennials, Biennials, Annuals, Water Plants, Vegetable Plants, Tropical Plants, and Houseplants.
